When will I receive my order?

All in stock items will be ready to ship next day. Any custom orders or out of stock items that require ordering of materials should ship out within 1 week, though it may take up to three weeks depending on material availability.  I use USPS 2-day Priority Mail. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

What is the return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of receiving the order and return the item within 1 week for a full refund minus shipping costs. The item must be in new and unworn condition and be in its original packaging. 

Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Due to the nature of custom orders we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for any custom item.

I don’t see the size or color that I want.

Most of my items are customizable directly through this website.  If you are on a stocked item's product page and the item is customizable then there will be a link in the product description that will take you to that product's customizing page.  Also, all of the current items that can be customized will be in the Custom Jewelry Collection.  If you see an item that isn't customizable on our site then please contact us and let us know what you're looking for.

Satin Cord.

I condition all of the satin cords that are incorporated in some of the necklaces with a hypo-allergenic thread/cord conditioner/protectant. The conditioner helps keep the cord clean, protects it from UV rays and reduces fraying.  It is recommended to gently hand wash the cord with a diluted mild laundry detergent once in a while and re-apply the thread conditioner once the cord dries.  This will help to prolong the life and appearance of the satin cord. We will soon be offering the thread conditioner we use as a product on our website.
