These pendants are hand forged from solid copper. They are heated and hammered by hand repeatedly to form their shape and texture. Each letter is then hand stamped along with the zodiac symbol. A rough polishing is performed before the metal is oxidized (to darken the stamped areas) then followed with a final polishing (to a mirror finish) and wax application.
- A Swarovski crystal in the birthstone colors compliment each pendant (some may have multiple color options: ex. Libra - Opal/Tourmaline)
- All metal components besides the copper bar are 100% .925 Sterling Silver
- Each pendant has its own unique characteristics and markings from the hand fabrication methods (no two are alike), therefore the pendant may not be identicle to those pictured.
- Each pendant is double coated in Renaisance wax to prolong its tarnish-free finish. Over time the wax will eventually wear off naturally.
- The pendant can be easily cleaned with a jewelry/silver polishing cloth and re-waxed if desired. Though many prefer the natural patina that occurs from handling raw copper.
